Issue No. 18: Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! We hope you had a happy, safe, and warm holiday season. It seems like just yesterday, it was 2006 -- oh wait! It was.

If you're like most people, you already have a few New Year resolutions planned out. How did last year's resolutions work out for you? If you're like me, you hate resolutions because they're so hard to keep. So this year, I'm trying something a little different...

I'm not going to promise to finish a novel or get published. I'm not going to promise to quit my day job. I'm keeping things nice and simple. My only New Year resolution is to write more, take care of my projects, and find a few new clients.

No one really keeps resolutions, do they? If you're brave, post some in the forum -- I'll look through them in 2008 to see who made it.

Resolution or no resolution, have a happy new year! And enjoy Issue 18.
