Poetry is a very important part of WriteSpot.org, as many of our members are poets. We've all loved and enjoyed Poetry Corner, but we've long outgrown the small section. So we introduce to you: Poetry Weekly!

Poetry Weekly, as the name suggests, will be updated weekly to keep up with the many submissions we receive. In addition, we've added a new submission system, specifically for submitting poems! This feature is available in the User Menu when you log in. From now on, please submit all poems by using the Submit Poems link in your User Menu.

Poetry Weekly will be updated each Friday. All new poems will be featured in the "New Poems This Week" page, which can be found in the Poetry Weekly Menu. Make sure you subscribe to the Poetry Weekly Newsletter so that you can stay informed of new poems and updates to the Poetry Weekly column!

Stay informed when new poems are available at WriteSpot.org! Subscribe to the Poetry Weekly newsletter by choosing "Poetry Weekly" from the drop-down menu:

You can also subscribe at any time by using the subscribe engine on the right column of this page.

How to Submit Poems:

1. Log in and click "Submit Poems" from the User Menu.
2. Enter title.
3. Choose "POEMS" as the category.
4. Type in a description of the poem (optional) in Intro Text.
5. Type in your poem into the second text box, Main Text.
6. Click Submit.

So what will become of Poetry Corner? Poetry Corner will be a small addition to our biweekly ezine, and will feature six poems written by various members.

So please subscribe to Poetry Weekly now! And we'll keep you posted. Look forward to the debut issue of Poetry Weekly, which will feature dozens of poems!
