This poem has a definite rhyme scheme. It's one of the few poems that I've written as an adult that rhymes.

Cossack King, anger red
Seeding doubts within my head.
Whispering lies, waken rage
Rising, growing, ripening with age.

Cruel truths, no comfort there!
Yet, nobody said that life is fair.
Red anger makes all passions pale.
Cossack King laughs while love grows stale.

Resolution in conflict is what I seek.
God give me answers; why won't you speak?
To fight and struggle, there must be more,
Now peace and happiness is forgotten lore.
