a) You are registering yourself with your own user details OR you are registering someone else with their consent.

c) All poems, short stories, articles, and other content that you submit for publication at WriteSpot.org are your original works for which you hold the copyright and/or usage rights. (Note: Your written works may be edited and/or formatted before being published on WriteSpot.org.)

d) Your personal information (email address, name, etc) WILL NOT be sold or distributed.

In addition, you acknowledge that:

a) We can publish your submitted content at any time on WriteSpot.org, unless you send a request to cease publication or stop publication of your work(s). Unless we're notified, we retain one-time electronic publishing rights and the right to permanently archive your written piece.

b) We are a writing community with many members - all members are to be treated with respect and consideration. Harrassment and inappropriate behaviors will not be tolerated. Violations may result in termination of your membership and/or loss of certain privileges.
