HBO Series, Big Love - 08/16/2006
Has anyone caught on to this series yet? Big Love was on last season, and I'm actually looking forward to the second...
It's about modern day polygamy. A well-off business man (Bill) has three wives, three houses, a communal backyard, and a large, large family. It focuses on his relationshp with the polygamy compound he grew up in, and his quest to break free from the "Prophet", the leader of the town.
I'm not sure if I'm supposed to enjoy it... Polygamy isn't something that should be laughed at - ever. But I still can't help being drawn to this series. Has anyone watched it? Heard of it? What are your opinions?
