Short Bio:

I am an editor of publishing company CannonCreek Asia Inc.   I also write for online publications.   I contribute stories to Sun Star Daily Cebu and used to write for another daily, The Freeman.

I've been doing my craft since I was ten years old.  At that age, I was already trying my hands on a novel, poetry and short stories.  By the age of ten, I've written two novels.

At first, I wrote because I wanted to create a world I wanted to live in.  I was a sickly child with protective parents.  I tried making up a world where I was a totally different person.  My writings were mostly in fiction.

Now, my writing has changed... quite a bit.  My works in prose are mostly based on real life that I myself have experienced, and which most of the readers could relate to.  They are mostly ordinary events that we usually fail to appreciate.  In those happenings, I aim to let people see what is mostly left unseen.  These works carry with them lessons in life.

I've come to realize that the world I live in is not a cruel and unhappy world at all, that I simply have to live my stories for me to find the happiness I seek, that I can write about everything... even little things, that through my words I can paint the beauty I see for others to be able to see it.

Poetry, on the other hand, is a realm where I can pour out an infinite world in me.  It remains to be an expression of myself, but also a reflection of my relationship with the world.

I love the effortless style of Edgar Allan Poe.  I also enjoy Dan Brown's Deception Point.
